Website Design and Brand Assets
Project details: In 2023, Tracy Hess, a Central Ohio realtor, began building a brokerage. To launch her new business, Tracy needed a website and brand assets to attract buyers and sellers.
Website requirements:
- Not “high end”
- Ample reviews / testimonials
- Include live MLS listings
- Clean and organized
Process: The HESS site design is very clean and bright, using vibrant red gradients, lush green property photos, and ample white space. Textures and brand elements were intentionally set slightly off-grid to encourage website users to scroll down to view properties or read more.
Additionally, testimonials were used heavily throughout the site with many CTAs to reach out to a HESS realtor.
End result: The client loved the design after the first presentation and felt it reflected the brand and her personality accurately. The development of HESSRealtyGroup.com is in progress and is expected to be developed and delivered in the coming months.
