Mettle Services
Nonprofit Brand, Website, and Asset Design
Project details: In early 2024, Mettle Services, a learning center for young people who have autism spectrum disorder, was in need of a brand, website, and marketing collateral to promote their new location opening.
Client needs:
• Logo
• Brand colors and assets
• Print brochure
• Business cards
• Website
Process: When designing the logo concepts and selecting brand colors, Grace drew inspiration from ASD symbols like the infinity symbol, the helix, and primary colors. These were fused with iconography referencing “mettle” and “resiliency,” the center’s core values. Grace also incorporated elementary assets such as paints, hand-drawn textures, and books to signify learning and growth.
End result: The client was thrilled with all logo options and selected concept four as they felt it closely resembled their mission to arm their students with knowledge and life skills. The remaining brand assets were built using shapes mirroring the logo’s shield icon and included additional growth imagery, bright colors, and elementary textures. With the help of the new website, printed brochures, and business cards, Mettle’s new location opening in the Spring of 2024 was a great success.
